美元维持震荡 黄金再度上涨
现货黄金截止至2019年8月28日2：00收盘于1539.1美元/盎司，昨日黄金在回补缺口后亚欧盘整体行情维持震荡走势进行盘整，直至美盘时段再度迎来上涨行情，从1528美元/盎司附近位置起涨，迅速突破上方1538美元/盎司压力，并最高到达1544.4美元/盎司附近受压回落，整体走势依旧强劲。
约翰逊希望重启脱欧协议谈判：英国首相约翰逊表示，达成协议的可能性“完全”取决于欧盟，英国首相约翰逊对欧盟委员会主席容克容克表示，除非脱欧协议重新启动，取消支持北爱尔兰“硬边界”，否则就不可能达成脱欧协议。他警告欧盟领导人，不要相信英国议员们所说的他们可以阻止不达成协议的脱欧。英国议员们将于9月3日返回议会，反对党和反叛的保守党正试图阻止他在没有达成协议的情况下让英国脱离欧盟。
OPEC原油库存或大减：。OPEC表示，由于全球经济极度动荡，比预期更加深化减产是有必要的。OPEC+联合部长级监督委员会指出，由于对经济增长的担忧持续，这种高水平的整体履约率抵消了市场的不确定性，遏制了全球石油库存的增长，预计今年下半年原油库存将大幅下降。
