全球央行年会晚间来袭：北京时间8月23日08：00 ，2019年的杰克逊霍尔会议正式开幕。为期三天会议的参与人员和日程安排也已经出炉。欧洲央行行长德拉基和日本央行行长黑田东彦缺席，市场关注美联储主席鲍威尔就货币政策发表的演讲。
油价整体保持震荡反弹节奏：亚洲时段，国际油价扭转前一交易日跌势，其中布伦特原油徘徊60美元关口。因主要产油国供应收紧抵消需求增长放缓的影响，投资人在等待美联储的最新货币政策。
