国际现货黄金截止至2019年8月21日1:00报1504.7美元/盎司，美盘时段最高价为1508.5美元/盎司，金价欧美时段再次发力回到了1500上方，不过整体仍是震荡局面。现货白银报17.12美元/盎司，白银同样保持震荡下行。
市场聚焦全球央行年会：市场焦点将转向周末于美国怀俄明州杰克逊霍尔举行的全球央行年度研讨会。其中最受关注将是美联储主席鲍威尔对货币政策的评论。目前投资者普遍预期美联储将在9月政策会议后再度降息至少25个基点。
默克尔缓解硬脱欧气氛：纽约时段盘中，英镑兑美元短线突然加速上涨90点，默克尔在讲话中谈到了当前市场最为关心的话题，北爱尔兰担保协议的问题。默克尔称，担保方案是政治宣言的问题，与脱欧协议无关，没必要重新进行谈判。而有关担保协议，我们将考虑切实的解决方案。
