美元再度走高 黄金回落震荡
现货黄金截止至2019年8月20日3：00收盘于1496美元/盎司，昨日黄金在跳空低开，并且亚欧盘出现进一步的回落走回1500美元/盎司价格下方，整体走势偏向弱势，同时触及下方1492美元/盎司后受支撑承托，最终维持1503-1492美元/盎司区间震荡运行。
联储官员不赞同持续降息：波士顿联储主席罗森格伦继续反对美联储进一步减息，称他不相信贸易放缓和全球经济增长会显著削弱美国经济。罗森格伦说，今年下半年的经济增长率很可能接近2%。“我不是说在任何情况下我都不愿意放松。我只是想看到证据表明，我们正在进入一种更大程度上是放缓的状态。”他认为目前没有必要采取政策行动。
英国为无协议脱欧做准备：英国大幅推进为无协议脱欧做的准备，将从10月31日起终止与欧盟的人员自由流动，未来几周将公布更多关于脱欧准备的消息，脱欧协议取决于取消爱尔兰担保协议，首相约翰逊本周将于德国总理默克尔和法国总统马克龙会面，英国政府拒绝提前召回议会，脱欧将是首相本周与德国总理默克尔的会议主要的话题，我们很清楚在欧盟表示愿意撤销担保方案前，不会再与欧盟进行正式的谈判。
