美元重回98上方 黄金保持宽幅震荡
现货黄金截止至8月19日14：00开盘于1506.9美元/盎司，上周黄金整体维持在1500美元/盎司位置上方进行震荡盘整，今天开盘后黄金迎来跳空低开的弱势行情，并且一度测试下方1500美元/盎司支撑，但最终未能有效突破，目前仍处于震荡格局当中。
OPEC月报：上周五公布的OPEC月报显示，因减产协议和非自愿的亏损导致原油欧佩克7月原油产量减少。2019年剩余时间石油市场基本面前景似乎有些悲观，预计全球原油需求增速将下降至110万桶/日，并预测2020年全球石油需求增长维持在114万桶/日不变。据二手资料显示，欧佩克7月原油产量减少24.6万桶/日至2961万桶/日。其中沙特7月原油产量减少13.4万桶/日至969.8万桶/日，伊朗7月原油产量减少4.7万桶/日至221.3万桶/日，尼日利亚7月原油产量减少2.1万桶/日至178.6万桶/日。
日韩贸易关系紧张：韩日关系持续紧张，摩擦的影响范围很有可能将从经贸扩大到两国在安全领域的合作。日本媒体透露，日韩官员可能在本月中，在日韩之外的第三国举行会晤，由双方外交部门事务层面的一把手参加——涉及的议题除了历史问题和经贸摩擦之外，可能还会涉及日韩《军事情报保护协定》。
