高位震荡不改 周线保持强势
国际现货黄金截止至2019年8月16日14:00报1519.2美元/盎司，早间亚盘时段最高价为1527.7美元/盎司，金价近期保持高位震荡为主，市场避险仍支撑金价多头。现货白银报17.20美元/盎司，白银同样维持高位震荡。
黄金美元同步向上：受到美国零售数据较好的影响，美元指数呈现向上走强的形态。但黄金却没有受到美元走强的压力，与美元出现了同步走强的动作。目前，全球经济下滑严重，美联储降息预期上升，黄金多头将继续受益向上。
油价低位小幅回升：亚洲时段，国际油价低位回升，涨幅约1%。目前市场普遍预计美联储、欧银9月降息概率均高达100%，货币宽松有助于刺激经济增速，从而支撑油价。但一系列数据表明，在贸易对峙持续、加上英国脱欧的不确定性以及美国石油库存持续处于高位的情况下，打压油市乐观情绪。
