二次公投机会渺茫 现货黄金震荡走高
现货黄金截止至2019年8月16日3：00收盘于1522.7美元/盎司，尽管周四公布的美国零售销售数据大幅好于预期，但是因国际贸易紧张情绪，且市场对于美联储9月降息50个基点的概率预期继续上升，黄金小幅下跌后于1510美元附近获得支撑，并隔夜再次走高，目前金价交投于1522美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报17.21美元/盎司。
负债券或将持续提振金价：尽管美国零售销售数据好于预期，美国国债仍全线上涨，10年期收益率一度跌破1.5%，短债领涨。美联储主席鲍威尔料将准备好9月份再次降息，作为对全球经济放缓的预防举措，黄金和美元仍被视为对冲债券问题的天然“避风港”，将限制其下跌。
约翰逊最强对手出局：英镑本周以来一直处于窄幅震荡区间，因为英国夏季议会休会。8月15日欧洲时段，英国零售数据提振市场，英镑涨超0.5%。不过二次公投的可能性已经不高，因为约翰逊最强大的竞争对手科尔宾二次公投很难获得脱欧反对派的支持。
