英银利率决议前夕 现货黄金低位震荡
现货黄金截止至2019年8月1日14：00收盘于1407.4美元/盎司，受美联储鹰派讲话影响，凌晨金价大幅度下滑，最低一度触碰1404美元/盎司一线位置，今日亚盘虽有所反弹，但并未能成功站上1410美元/盎司一线，欧盘开盘后再度出现下滑迹象，现阶段交投于1406美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡下行，报16.11美元/盎司。
英银料按兵不动：北京时间8月1日晚间19:00 英国央行公布利率决议、会议纪要及通胀报告。而后19:30，英国央行行长卡尼召开新闻发布会。英国央行已经表示，尽管美联储和其它各大央行纷纷降息，但是自己是个特例。因为无协议脱欧这将使得英国货币政策不同于美国和欧元区。
供需及地缘因素苦撑油价：8月1日亚洲时段油价走势疲软。尽管美国EIA原油库存连续7周录得下滑，跌至2018年11月初以来的最低水平。但美联储鹰派降息推动美元再度刷新2017年5月来高点，美股普跌令油价承压。同时全球经济增长放缓仍打压油市求，导致油价上涨困难。
