美联储发表鹰派声明 现货黄金受挫大跌
现货黄金截止至2019年8月1日3：00收盘于1418.5美元/盎司，昨日金价大部分时间集中在1427-1433区间震荡，晚间尽管美联储7月利率决议如期降息25个基点，是该央行自2008年以来首次降息后，但降息25个基点预期早已被市场消化，再加上美联储主席鲍威尔言论偏鹰，令美元指数再度刷新两年高位，施压金价大跌最低触及1404美元/盎司一线，目前金价交投于1409美元/盎司一线。现货白银大幅回落，报16.28美元/盎司。
鲍威尔鹰派发言提振美元：闹得沸沸扬扬的降息终于落下了帷幕，北京时间8月1日凌晨，美联储宣布采取逾十年来首次降息行动、将基准利率下调25个基点。对于此次降息，美联储所宣布的幅度和外界预期的差距不大，市场在宣布前也已经做好了准备。但此次降息，有人支持有人反对。不少反对者认为美联储的降息是向特朗普屈服的表现，而美联储应该保持其独立性。
EIA原油库存连降七周：EIA公布的数据显示，截至7月26日当周美国除却战略储备的商业原油库存减少849.6万桶至4.365亿桶，减少1.9%；库存变化值连续7周录得下滑；数据公布后，美油拉升近0.5美元，涨幅一度扩大到1.33%，创7月16日以来新高至58.82美元/桶。
