利率决议登场 金价命运到来
国际现货黄金截止至2019年7月31日14:00报1430.6美元/盎司，早间亚盘时段最高价为1431.8美元/盎司，金价小幅走高，暂时回到了1430上方，市场等待凌晨决议情况。现货白银报16.48美元/盎司，白银保持高位震荡。
市场聚焦美联储：美联储即将于北京时间周四凌晨2点宣布货币政策决定，预计将进行金融危机以来的首次降息。关注焦点是美联储是否为进一步放松政策打开大门，机构称美联储可能会尽量不打破市场对于未来降息的憧憬。但同时美联储主席鲍威尔肯定也不会就未来的降息做出承诺，因此预计他的措辞会尽量模糊。
无协议脱欧提升：英国政府发言人表示，首相明确表示，英国政府将本着友谊的精神，有决心与欧盟展开任何方式的谈判，英国明显更倾向英国脱欧能达成协议，但该协议必须删除北爱尔兰担保协议。但欧盟坚称，其不会讨论修改与特雷莎·梅达成的脱欧协议，而约翰逊的部长们在政府条件得到满足之前，不会与欧盟方面进行任何谈判。
