美联储利率决议来临 黄金有望延续涨势
现货黄金截止至2019年7月31日3：00收盘于1430.9美元/盎司，昨日黄金整体走势为小幅上涨，但最终依旧受压于1434美元/盎司区间高点位置，触碰上方压力后黄金出现回落情况，并重新走回1430美元/盎司下方位置。
特朗普要求大幅降息：在美联储会议之前，特朗普发表了一系列推文，重申了他对美联储决策者的批评。美国总统特朗普周一再度批评美联储，敦促其本周不要只是“小幅降息”，这加大了美联储降息幅度大于市场预期的压力。他在推特上写道：“在通胀率非常低的情况下，我们的美联储什么也不做，且未来的行动力度相比之下也会非常小，美联储采取的所有行动都是错误的。一次小幅度降息还不够。”
欧元区前景堪忧：法国第二季经济增长意外放缓，因家庭支出转弱，且7月德国消费者信心连续第三个月恶化，进一步显示欧元区整体经济正在降温。欧元区两个最大经济体公布的数据乏力，这支持了欧洲央行行长德拉基的评估。德拉基认为，经济增长前景正在恶化，欧洲央行应出台更多货币刺激措施。
