美元强势上涨 黄金保持震荡
现货黄金截止至7月24日14：00开盘于1420.5美元/盎司，早间亚盘时段黄金迎来小幅上涨，从下方1416美元/盎司附近位置上升至1422.2美元/盎司，早间涨幅为6美元左右，而昨日整体黄金的走势仍维持在震荡格局。
俄罗斯黄金储备达2208吨：据俄罗斯央行最新发布的消息显示，随着金价上涨，俄罗斯央行持续购入黄金，俄罗斯黄金储备已于7月突破1000亿美元大关。数据显示，俄罗斯央行于6月再度购入59.7万盎司（18.67吨）黄金，截至7月1日，俄罗斯总黄金持有量达到2208吨，约合1003亿美元。
白银产量下降：据报道，全球最大的两银矿企业——墨西哥的Fresnillo PLC和秘鲁Buenaventura的白银产量均出现大幅下降。与2018年上半年相比，两家银矿企业的白银产量减少了660万盎司，同比下滑16%。如果产量下滑的趋势继续，预计2019年这两家银矿企业的总银矿供应量将下滑8%-10%。
