市场降温利率 金价进一步回撤
国际现货黄金截止至2019年7月23日14:00报1415.6美元/盎司，早间亚盘时段最高价为1424.2美元/盎司，金价上周五高位回落后保持震荡局面，但目前正进一步延续回撤。现货白银报16.22美元/盎司，白银则总体暂时小幅下滑。
英国新首相登场：本周对英国政治来说意义重大。北京时间7月23日，英国将公布新一任首相，并成立新一届政府。随后将设立脱欧战略，为长期承压的英镑定下基调。而在此之前，投资者对英镑依然保持观望立场。法国兴业银行分析师认为，欧元兑英镑有望升至0.95。
欧美贸易存在风险：欧盟新任总干事维恩7月23日表示，欧盟很希望与美国合作致力于世界贸易组织改革，一道应对全球贸易方面的共同挑战，但如果美国将调高汽车关税的威胁付诸实施，欧盟将会采取报复。
