大臣离职阻挠硬脱欧 现货黄金震荡回落
现货黄金截止至2019年7月23日3：00收盘于1428美元/盎司，昨日全日美国无重要数据公布，亦无官员方面的讲话，金价缺乏基本面推动，整天维持震荡走势，区间保持在1420-1430区间以内，形势在今日亚盘有了转变，开盘后金价出现向下破位动作，目前金价交投于1417美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报16.4美元/盎司。
新首相上台前麻烦不断：7月23日英国将公布新一任英国首相，而就在约翰逊将大概率获选之际，几位英国内阁大臣主动离职，因他们担心无协议脱欧将使停滞不前的英国经济陷入更深的衰退。目前保守党在议员席位中不占优势，若保守党有影响力的议员纷纷离职，约翰逊的无协议脱欧进程面临巨大困难。
特朗普暂度债务危机：美国现任财政部部长努钦在2019年2月21日、3月4日以及3月5日连续三次提醒国会美国债务规模达到上限的情况，同时宣布财政部已经开始采取非常规措施，来避免政府债务违约。但通常美国政府总是等到快要违约时才开始动议，特朗普推特上宣布与众议院和参议院达成共识，将债务上限延期至2年后。
