油价前景仍难乐观 现货黄金震荡回落
现货黄金截止至2019年7月19日14：00收盘于1441美元/盎司，昨日金价大幅冲高，最高一度触碰1452.7美元/盎司一线，随后开启回落调整，今日亚盘小幅震荡后，欧盘进一步打开回调空间，短时间内金价已经回踩至1440美元/盎司一线下方，目前现货黄金交投于1438美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报16.41美元/盎司。
美油油价前景堪忧：俄罗斯能源部长诺瓦克表示，俄罗斯过去几天的石油产量已恢复至OPEC协议中承诺的上限，虽然投资者目前关注的重点美伊局势，但需警惕OPEC减产协议放飞黑天鹅。
无协议脱欧或难成现实：7月18日英国议员批准了一项提案，旨在为下届首相通过暂停议会来强行推进无协议脱欧设置障碍。该提案要求，即使在议会被暂停的情况下，也要在9月和10月的几天里开会审议北爱尔兰事务。这再次表明，议会决心阻止英国在没有达成协议的情况下脱离欧盟。
