大幅降息预期削弱 现货黄金震荡下滑
现货黄金截止至2019年7月17日3：00收盘于1403.5美元/盎司，因美国零售销售数据好于预期以及美国国债收益率上升，削弱市场对美联储将大幅降息的预期，现货黄金价格出现回落，1410-1417区间已经被下破，市场聚焦晚间美联储经济褐皮书，目前金价交投于1405美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报15.57美元/盎司。
美联储经济褐皮书即将出炉：7月17日早间，达拉斯联储主席卡普兰和芝加哥联储主席埃文斯暗示致辞美联储合适情况下进行降息，有望给金价一定支撑。北京时间7月18日02:00将公布美联储经济褐皮书，将对月底的美联储决议有着重大的指引作用，若支持美联储降息，有望提振金价再次上涨。
油价暴跌逾3%：美国总统特朗普周二表示，美国与伊朗的关系已经取得进展，暗示中东地区的紧张局势可能得到缓解；有分析人士认为飓风“巴里”可能会导致美国原油库存本周明显下滑，但显然，飓风的负面影响不仅预期，多数油企已经重新恢复生产，而且周二公布的API原油库存降幅却并没有显示出这个迹象，精炼油库存意外大幅增加，这些因素共同导致油价隔夜大幅走弱。
