周一市场平淡 美元黄金齐震荡
现货黄金截止至2019年7月16日3：00收盘于1414.9美元/盎司，黄金在晚间美盘时段多次触碰1410美元/盎司支撑，并且一度虚破走回1407.6美元/盎司，但最终价格修复跌幅，并借助支撑早间亚盘开市走回1418美元/盎司附近的区间高点，整体格局维持震荡盘整。
无协议脱欧概率增大：目前处于领先地位的约翰逊或是居于下风的竞争对手杰里米·亨特将于下周上任。这两位英国首相候选人都曾承诺要重新谈判爱尔兰后备方案，这是特雷莎·梅谈成的脱欧协议中最难的一部分。如果欧盟不肯谈，他们都愿意接受无协议脱欧。欧盟表示不会重新磋商，欧盟在小心避免向亨特，特别是约翰逊做出比向特雷莎·梅多得多的让步，然而欧盟官员们也表示，他们还留有一些余地，因为当他们明白无论他们怎么让步特雷莎·梅的协议都不太可能获议会通过时，他们保留了一些让步方案。
原油产量仍过剩：由于多国经济增速放缓的影响，今年以来，全球石油消费远低于预期，这意味着在2019年上半年，全球原油过剩情况仍在继续不断加剧，虽然OPEC及其合作伙伴通过减产来保持市场均衡 ，但结果并不理想。全球经济放缓，以及石油库存居高不下所带来的担忧情绪，或使油价下跌在此状况下，OPEC可能需要将产量削减至17年来的最低水平，以平衡市场。国际能源署表示，由于OPEC减产，今年上半年全球石油库存意外增加，其他合作伙伴也未能阻止库存再度。
