金价站稳千四 宽松环境助涨
国际现货黄金截止至2019年7月13日03:00报1416.5美元/盎司，上周尾美盘时段最高价为1416.7美元/盎司，金价回撤后成功守住1400大关，收盘之际重新回到了1410上方。现货白银报15.23美元/盎司，白银小幅回撤但反应不大。
鲍威尔鸽派证词：鲍威尔认为这并未改变美联储对未来前景的展望。鲍威尔周三在国会听证会上表示，自从美联储官员在6月会议上向降息敞开大门以来，围绕贸易紧张局势的不确定性以及对全球经济增长的担忧继续对美国经济前景构成压力。
地缘政治局势紧张：近日伊朗政府宣布将突破伊朗核问题全面协议的限制，正在提高浓缩铀生产丰度，将不再受伊核协议规定伊朗只能生产丰度上限为3.67%浓缩铀的限制。欧洲国家立即表示“严重关切”，美方则放风称伊朗会招致“更多制裁”。
