美元维持盘整 黄金冲高回落
现货黄金截止至7月12日14：00开盘于1405.3美元/盎司，早间亚盘时段下探1400美元/盎司整数关口支撑后展开反弹至1410美元/盎司附近受压回落，整体亚盘行情为震荡盘整走势。
英国迎来降息预期：英国货币政策委员会委员雷洛当地时间周三晚间发表讲话称，她并不认为未来几个月英国央行面临加息的压力，因为她预期英国通胀率将跌破央行设定的2%目标，而全球经济前景走弱也令人担忧。雷洛似乎强化了英国央行行长卡尼一周前提出的观点，市场突然开始越来越多地押注英国央行将在未来几个月降息。卡尼表示，由于全球贸易紧张局势，英国经济面临下行风险，货币政策立场比预期的更紧。
原油供应或持续过剩：在最新的石油市场报告中，OPEC阐述了石油出口国面临的挑战，2019年全球石油需求可能只增长114万桶/日，但仅仅非OPEC国家的供应就可能超过205万桶/日，2020年，非OPEC国家的石油供应可能会再增加240万桶/日，而需求只会再增加114万桶/日，也就是说OPEC可能被迫永远延长减产，以防止油价暴跌。
