API库存缩水 黄金低位震荡
现货黄金截止至2019年7月10日14：00收盘于1393.3美元/盎司，昨日金价晚间再度向上冲击1400美元/盎司整数关口，但并未能成功站上，凌晨时段金价出现回落，亚盘最低一度回落至1390美元/盎司下方，市场关注晚间美联储主席鲍威尔的证词讲稿，目前现货黄金交投于1392美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报15.07美元/盎司。
国际油价大涨逾1%：尽周三7月10日，国际油价上涨逾1%，之前公布的API数据显示，美国石油库存降幅远超预期，缓解了关于供应过剩的担忧。而在热带风暴来临之前，主要美国石油企业疏散墨西哥湾的钻井平台。墨西哥湾占全美原油产量的17%。大西洋今年料形成6次飓风，其中至少有两次时速会达到111英里。
投行称金价新上限剑指千五：7月9日加拿大丰业银行指出，宏观经济的重大转变引发了金价6月份的突破，导致金价“周期性重新定价”，新的上限设定为1500美元/盎司，新的硬底部为1350美元/盎司。市场目前关注美联储主席鲍威尔7月10日和11日在国会作证的讲话，若进一步释放降息的信号，恐打压美元提振金价。
