全球走向宽松 金价多头继续上冲
国际现货黄金截止至2019年6月21日14:00报1397.0美元/盎司，早间亚盘时段最高价为1411.6美元/盎司，金价多头肆无忌惮继续爆发，一度站上了1400上方。现货白银报15.36美元/盎司，白银同样也出现了拉升，不过相对幅度较小。
美元延续回调格局：美元走势艰难，料录得周线跌幅。美联储之前加入全球其他央行的阵营，计划通过降息来支持疲软的经济增长。10年期美国国债收益率跌破2%，且金价升破1400美元阻力位，刷新自2013年9月来高位，这些都表明美元可能面临较长一段时间的抛压。
英国利率决议维稳：英国央行货币政策委员会9名成员均投票支持，维持0.75%基准利率不变。英国央行同时还维持4350亿英镑的资产购买规模和100亿英镑的企业债购买规模不变。但英国在公布的利率决议中称，2019年上半年，英国经济增长似乎略有减弱。
