零售销售不及预期 黄金持续高位震荡
现货黄金截止至5月16日14：00开盘于1296.3美元/盎司，早间亚盘时段黄金交投较淡，整体仍旧维持在高位1297-1295美元/盎司2美元区间内震荡运行，等待行情以及方向的突破来临。
没有理由加息及降息：美联储巴尔金表示，今年到目前为止的通胀率略低于我们的目标。这很可能是由于暂时因素造成的。在这种情况下，保持耐心是有道理的。在通胀受到控制时，没有加息的强有力理由；当经济增长保持健康时，也没有降息的强有力理由。我耐心的一个原因是我相信我们的经济在去年年底和今年年初出现了一次短期的情绪震荡。
EIA产量下降: 美国能源信息署(EIA)公布的数据显示，截至5月10日当周美国除却战略储备的商业原油库存增加543.1万桶至4.72亿桶，增加1.2%，原油库存续刷2017年9月以来最高水平。汽油库存减少112.3万桶；精炼油库存增加8.4万桶。上周美国国内原油产量减少10万桶至1210万桶/日，连续第二周下滑。
