美元失守97 金价稳步上行
国际现货黄金截止至2019年4月10日2:00报1304.0美元/盎司，隔夜最高价为1306.0美元/盎司，金价多头有所延续，但速率不算太快，逐步站稳1300关口。现货白银报15.21美元/盎司，白银总体维持震荡走势。
特朗普引爆市场避险：当地时间周4月9日，美国总统特朗普在推特上发文，宣布美国将对价值110亿美元的欧盟产品征收关税。而欧盟准备就美国对波音公司的补贴实施报复性关税，在华盛顿誓言要以关税反击欧盟对空中客车的支持数小时后，跨大西洋的贸易紧张局势明显升级。
意大利财政仍存危机：意大利财政部定于周三公布最新的财政计划，最新的财政计划很可能显示2019年的预算赤字修正，此外，消费税的增加值约为额外收入的1.2%，即约230亿欧元（259亿美元），这个财政漏洞将如何填补。
