特朗普预算案再引争议，现货黄金震荡反
现货黄金截止至3月12日14：00收盘于1297美元/盎司，金价在经历了昨日晚间的回落走势后，今日凌晨出现反弹，在小幅调整后亚盘进一步扩大反弹幅度，现阶段交投于1296美元/盎司一线。现货白银反弹，报15.38美元/盎司。
特朗普预算案引发争议:3月11日美国总统特朗普发布2020财年规模4.7万亿美元的预算案 ，要求增加军费和边境墙拨款，但却遭到民主党议员的批评。目前来看，该预算案成为法律的可能性很低，也很难通过民主党控制下的众议院。不过，该预算案还是可以被视为特朗普争取2020年竞选连任的最初宣言。
三大月报来袭关注需求展望:因有消息称沙特将继续推动减产叠加委内瑞拉停电导致产量出口进一步下滑，油价再次走高。此外近期中美贸易的乐观情绪仍支撑油价，这使得近期油价大体维持在55美元上方。本周公布三大原油月报，市场需密切关注三大能源机构对于原油需求前景的阐述。
