现货黄金截止至2019年2月18日14：00收盘于1322.6美元/盎司，现货黄金早间开盘后延续上周五晚间涨势往前高1326压力测试，随后收到上方压力的压制，黄金未能有效往上突破，亚盘整体走势较为强劲。
特朗普遭受起诉：就在特朗普签署命令的几小时后，当地时间15日晚间，自由进步非盈利组织和智库Public Citizen在华盛顿特区提起联邦诉讼，该诉讼案还包括德州3名地主，他们的土地位于南部边境一带，他们被告知如果今年建墙资金就位，他们的土地将被没收以建造边境墙。该诉讼称特朗普宣布紧急状态的行为超过了他被赋予的权力，是明显的违法行为。
特雷莎仍努力争取脱欧协议：特雷莎·梅还计划本周与欧盟委员会主席容克，以及每个欧盟成员国的领导人进行对话。她能否获得过国内支持在很大程度上决定这些会谈能否取得进展，并决定英镑能否继续反弹。爱尔兰外交部长已经表示，欧盟愿意提供措施帮助脱欧协议过关。
