美元高位回落 黄金陷入震荡
现货黄金截止至2019年2月13日14：00收盘于1313.4美元/盎司，现货黄金早间回踩确认支撑后往上方1315压力进发，整体亚盘走势偏强，但总体黄金仍然在震荡区间内盘整，早间最高到达1313.6美元/盎司附近。
传闻脱欧后特雷莎将辞职：英国首相特雷莎·梅将于2月12日向下议院议员发表演讲，汇报与欧盟谈判的进展，并概述她将于2月14日提交给议员辩论的一项动议。有传闻称，她打算在英国最终实现脱欧后不久，宣布辞去首相一职，以便对于继任人选发挥影响力。
API原油库存下降：当周API库欣地区原油库存减少50.2万桶，前值增加88.9万桶；当周API汽油库存增加74.6万桶，前值增加173万桶；当周API精炼油库存减少248.1万桶，前值增加14.1万桶。美国上周原油进口减少110万桶/日至660万桶/日。
