美元小幅走软 黄金维持震荡
国际现货黄金截止至2019年2月13日2:00报1310.3美元/盎司，隔夜美盘最高价为1314.6美元/盎司，金价上行受阻，但下方支撑也较为强劲，整体维持震荡修正。现货白银报15.67美元/盎司，白银则再次出现小幅回落。
两党之争出现缓和：美国总统特朗普表示，他对两党谈判代表为避免政府停摆而达成的边境安全协议并不满意，但是他会在周二晚些时候召开会议，考虑该妥协方案。周二总统在白宫内阁会议上对记者说道不认为会看到政府停摆。
鲍威尔认为经济强劲：美联储主席杰罗姆·鲍威尔在讲话中提到，美国经济依旧强劲，但全美各地区并没有同等地感受到好处。他在密西西比河谷州立大学对学生表示，今天，国家层面的数据显示经济强劲，失业率接近半个世纪低点，经济产出以稳健的速度增长。
