国际现货黄金截止至2019年1月31日4:00报1319.6美元/盎司，凌晨受美联储主席鲍威尔讲话影响，黄金短时间快速拉升至1323.1美元/盎司一线，今日金价早盘暂时维持高位横盘走势，目前交投于1317-1320区间。现货白银亦出现大幅拉高走势，报16.02美元/盎司。
美联储主席鲍威尔态度转鸽：北京时间周四凌晨美联储决议称之后将保持“耐心”，同时美联储主席鲍威尔在随后的新闻发布会上美联储主席鲍威尔讲话明确指出“外部经济体增长放缓”，在利率上保持耐心可以最好地支持经济前景，并表示已开始考虑结束缩表，令市场普遍预测美联储在“相当长时间内”不再会推出下一步加息措施。
供应趋紧油价上涨：昨日油价继续上涨，因美国政府数据显示供应趋紧的迹象，且在美国对委内瑞拉石油业实施制裁后，投资者仍担心供应受扰；美国政府公布的数据显示，上周美国原油库存增幅低于预期，因进口下降；汽油库存从纪录高位回落，因炼厂放慢生产；美国能源资料协会(EIA)称，上周原油库存增加91.9万桶。
