美元反弹受阻 黄金保持高位
国际现货黄金截止至2019年1月30日14:00报1315.1美元/盎司，隔日最高价为1315.2美元/盎司，金价早盘继续小幅走高，目前持续站稳在1310一线上方。现货白银报15.96美元/盎司，白银同样延续小幅上行。
美国经济状况亮灯：受到美国政府创纪录停摆的影响，美国消费者信心指数在1月份跌至一年半低点，消费者预期亮起经济衰退的黄色警示信号。但周二美元仍小幅走高，因投资者正等待美联储1月30日公布的利率决定。市场比较担心国内外经济放缓。
油价保持震荡反弹：油价延续前一交易日涨势。由于美国对委内瑞拉国有石油公司PDVSA实施制裁，可能抑制该国的原油出口，油价周二反弹。委内瑞拉拥有世界上最大的探明石油储量，但由于缺乏投资，其潜力尚未实现。
