美联储利率决议在即 金价多头发起冲击
国际现货黄金截止至2019年1月30日2:00报1309.7美元/盎司，隔日最高价为1311.6美元/盎司，金价多头在站稳1300大关后继续向上方发起冲击，并且刷新了大半年高点。现货白银报15.82美元/盎司，白银同样温和上行之势。
美联储决议公布在即：市场将密切关注周四凌晨公布的美联储利率决议以及随后鲍威尔的讲话，这将会对接下来相当一段时间的美元走势产生直接的影响。特别是鲍威尔在加息问题上保持耐心的相关措辞以及缩表问题的看法。
英国议会再度投票：英国议会就该国脱离欧盟协议的一系列拟议修正案进行投票，议员支持一项旨在消除协议最具争议的部分，即所谓的爱尔兰边境后备计划的修正案。不过，欧盟重申只会考虑修改政治声明，若首相梅触及其红线愿意考虑推迟英国脱欧截至日期。
