黄金强势上涨 美元疲弱不堪
现货黄金截止至2019年1月28日14：00收盘于1302.2美元/盎司，现货黄金日内跳空高开在1303美元/盎司附近后回落，回踩千三支撑位置后再度冲高，最高到达1304美元/盎司附近，亚盘整体较为强势。
欧洲央行维持不变：欧洲央行周四公布利率决议，维持主要再融资利率在0%不变，边际贷款利率在0.25%不变，存款便利利率在-0.4%不变，符合预期。欧洲央行表示，至少到2019年夏天前不会调整利率政策。
脱欧或延期数周：据外媒报道，英国议会下议院领袖利德索姆日前表示，英国“脱欧”期限可能延后数周，以便给议会议员更多时间思考首相特雷莎·梅所提的“脱欧”法案，报道称，利德索姆是目前英国政坛就延后“脱欧”表达建议的最高层级官员。
