国际现货黄金截止至2019年1月18日2:00报1291.8美元/盎司，隔夜最高价为1295.2美元/盎司，尽管昨日亚盘有所走高，但欧盘无法延续，整体依旧维持震荡。现货白银报15.49美元/盎司，白银则出现进一步回撤。
美国政府停摆进入28日：美国总统特朗普在竞选期间承诺，要沿着美国和墨西哥边境建造一堵隔离墙。现在，由此导致的政治僵局已经造成美国历史上持续时间最长的政府停摆。虽然有些政府部门还在正常办公，还有一些部门在由“必不可少的”员工勉力维持，但政府关闭的影响已经远远超出华盛顿的范围。
二次公投消息助英镑逆袭：英国首相特雷莎·梅政府与反对党举行谈判以期结束脱欧僵局，但目前鲜有进展迹象。特雷莎·梅因脱欧谈判取消达沃斯之行；英国政府下令预备役部队待命，为无协议脱欧做准备。
