黄金震荡不改 原油需求上升
堪萨斯城联储主席埃斯特乔治讲话:现在可能是停止加息的好时候，在加息上应该保持谨慎和耐心，利率尚未达到中性水平，尽管已经接近，过去政策行动的效果还未完全显现，经济前景依旧有利，尽管有上行和下行风险，现在已不适宜提供明晰的FOMC前瞻性指引，资产负债表政策移除宽松的效果还不明确，金融市场环境已经收紧，暂停政策正常化将给美联储时间来评估至今为止加息的影响，若通胀压力出现，将需要更多次加息，预计今年经济增速将有一定程度的下滑，但仍高于潜在增速，随着失业率进一步下滑，通胀可能会上升。
原油需求上升:全球股市的的上涨，中国加大财政刺激，市场对2019年经济放缓的担忧有所降温，提升了原油需求预期，API原油库存也下降，这给油价提供支撑，EIA月报也上调了原油需求增速预期，油价偏向上涨。
