俄罗斯传来减产佳音:11月30日亚市盘初，美原油主力合约在5日均线51.31美元/桶附近徘徊，俄罗斯表示愿意加入限制产量的队列，继续给油价提供支撑，投资者还需留意该消息的影响发酵情况，临近周末也需要留意空单回补情况，此外，对于今明两天的G20峰会，也需要予以关注。
英国跨党派团体否决首相脱欧协议:在12月5日就该协议进行辩论之前，苏格兰民族党、工党、绿党和自由民主党发表了一份联合声明。他们表示，苏格兰议会压倒性的观点认为，应该拒绝特雷莎·梅的脱欧协议草案，并寻求其它选择。苏格兰保守党表示，其他政党正冒着英国出现无协议脱欧的风险。英国首相特雷莎·梅正在努力争取获得多数议员的支持，使自己的脱欧协议得到议会通过。但是，她面临自己后座议员的反对，以及其他政党的反对。在关键的英国议会投票前一周，苏格兰议会将举行自己的投票，尽管结果不会对任何人产生约束力。
