美元再度回升 金价反复震荡
国际现货黄金截止至2018年11月21日3:00报1221.2美元/盎司，最高价为1228.6美元/盎司，最低价为1220.3美元/盎司，金价晚间走高后迅速回撤。现货白银报14.29美元/盎司，白银则再次震荡走弱
全球股市再度出现暴跌：全球股市持续重挫，隔夜美股三大指数平均收跌2%左右，抹去今年以来全部涨幅，欧洲股市自9月底以来市值蒸发超过一万亿美元。股市大跌刺激黄金避险需求，全球最大黄金ETF持仓增加至14周高位，不过由于美元走强，金价呈现冲高回落动作。
美联储态度由鹰转鸽：美联储威廉姆斯的讲话态度偏鸽派且是以数据为依据，与近期美联储官员讲话相一致，美联储可能在12月对点阵图作出大幅调整，2019年的加息路径变得更加不确定，此前的前瞻指引表示美联储2019年将再加息3次，但市场目前认为可能加息2次。
