亚盘美元震荡 金价小幅回落
国际现货黄金截止至2018年11月19日14:00报1218.3美元/盎司，最高价为1223.5美元/盎司，最低价为1217.9美元/盎司，上周五晚大涨后今日早间小幅回落。现货白银报14.34美元/盎司，白银保持震荡上行。
美联储官员发表鸽派：近期美联储官员发声密集，上周五美联储延续了偏鸽的观点。美联储副主席克拉里达表示，不认为美联储加息会过于激进是他强调政策利率微幅高于通胀率，暗含了排除更快加息的可能。美联储埃文斯则认为薪资有所增加，不过没有增加的像预期那么多，同时他还强调实现中性利率是美联储的第一要务。
欧洲局势动荡不已：英国脱欧和意大利预算方案的不确定性仍是近期重要的风险事件。距离英国脱欧的最后时间节点2019年3月29日仅有四个多月的时间，若最终无协议脱欧将让这个全球第五大经济体陷入蛮荒之中。意大利重新提交了2019年预算案，其中政府开支增长和一次性调整后的结构均明显高于欧盟规定标准。
