黄金筑底反弹 等待晚间恐怖数据
国际现货黄金截止至2018年11月15日14:00报1211.4美元/盎司，昨日美盘时段现货黄金一举突破震荡区间1205美元/盎司附近，最高触及1216.5美元/盎司，创出两周来单日最大涨幅。
美联储主席鲍威尔偏鹰派讲话：今日早间，美联储主席鲍威尔达拉斯联储会议上发表讲话，他表示，2019年每次会议后都将召开记者会，这意味着每次会议都有升息的可能。鲍威尔对经济形势非常满意，有充分的理由相信经济会继续向好，美国经济“非常强劲”给美元带来上行压力，并导致新兴市场金融环境收紧。
意大利向欧盟提交新的预算计划：周三，意大利重新向欧盟执委会提交了明年预算草案，内容显示，其对明年经济增长和赤字预估与上月因违反欧盟规定而被否的草案一致，但公共债务预估下降，市场对意大利预算担忧挥之不去。
