亚盘小幅反弹 金价仍不乐观
国际现货黄金截止至2018年11月13日14:00报1204.0美元/盎司，最高价为1205.1美元/盎司，最低价为1199.8美元/盎司，早间金价出现小幅反弹。现货白银报14.07美元/盎司，白银同样小幅回升。
美联储票委发表鹰派讲话：美国旧金山联储主席戴利在北京时间11月13日凌晨表示，随着美国经济实现或超越充分就业，且通膨明年可能升至略高于2%的目标，美国决策者应该逐步提高利率，使超过趋势水平增长的经济实现软着陆。
股票市场再遭重挫：隔夜美股以科技股暴跌出现重挫，大跌近2%创一周新低，11月13日早间亚太股市跟随跳水，普遍低开低走。外汇市场也随之受到影响，避险情绪则推动日元走高，澳元一度跌至11月1日以来新低。
