国际现货黄金截止至2018年11月13日3:00报1202.6美元/盎司，昨日现货黄金开盘小幅冲高随后回落，最高触及1211.4美元/盎司，最低触及1200.1美元/盎司，整体呈现震荡下行的走势。
特朗普抨击减产油价再受挫：OPEC欲减产100万桶/日，美国总统特朗普猛烈抨击OPEC减产，美原油暴跌至熊市，创下了历史上最长的下跌纪录，OPEC在12月会议或将重点关注原油需求而非油价。
英国本月难达成脱欧协议：英镑兑美元连续第三个交易日走软，英国脱欧不确定性及美元指数刷新近17个月新高97.58施压汇价，短期内英国脱欧协商将仍为主导英镑的关键，脱欧协议达成的可能性减小，而且无论如何，提案获议会批准的关键任务和以前一样具有挑战性。
