美指续创新高 拖累黄金走弱
国际现货黄金2018年10月31日3点整收盘于1222.6美元/盎司，昨日现货黄金最高反弹至1226.3美元/盎司，受到上方压力随后回落，今日开盘延续跌势，整体呈现冲高回落走势。
多国联名要求审查美国关税：在10月29日举行的世贸组织争端解决机构会议上，中国、欧盟、加拿大、墨西哥、挪威、俄罗斯、土耳其7个世界贸易组织成员强调，美国今年3月宣布的钢铝关税措施并非基于“国家安全”考虑，实质上是保障措施，并要求设立专家组就此措施是否违反世贸组织相关规定进行审查。
默克尔萌生退意德国政治风险再现：德国总理默克尔宣布将不再续任基民盟主席，并在2021年总理任期届满卸任，欧洲极右翼政党纷纷高呼“胜利”，而许多欧洲顶尖政客则对欧洲一体化前景感到担忧。
