贸易争端抑制能源需求：10月22日亚盘盘中，全球贸易争端抑制能源需求，油价此前连续第二周下跌，承压于70美元下方。投资者未来一周可能继续关注全球供应，尽管有迹象显示美国原油库存增加，但美伊新一轮制裁迫在眉睫。
美欲“单极世界”遭谴责：当地时间10月20日美国总统特朗普当天指控俄罗斯，一再违反美苏在1987年签署的《中程导弹条约》，扬言除非俄罗斯愿意签订新协议，否则会终止有关条约，并带领美国重新发展核武。针对美方的指控，俄方也很快予以驳斥。俄媒引述该国外交部消息指，美国退出协议目的是要塑造一个“单极世界”。“俄罗斯已多次公开揭露美国所奉行的撕毁条约的方针。美国已为此准备多年，故意而且在一步一步地破坏条约的基础。”
