国际现货黄金截止至2018年9月26日3:00报1201.2美元/盎司，最高价为1203.2美元/盎司，最低价为1197.0美元/盎司，加息前金价波幅有限。现货白银报14.46美元/盎司，白银则出现强势拉升。
美国总统特朗普发表讲话：周二美市盘中，美元指数延续跌势，包括欧元在内的主要非美货币则纷纷反弹。日内，美国总统特朗普在联合国大会发表演讲，主旨是保护美国主权，并且宣布对伊朗的制裁将于11月5日生效，后续将有更多制裁。
英国首相特蕾莎梅谈退欧：周二英国首相特蕾莎梅表示，没有协议的退欧好过加拿大模式的协议，她暗示退欧派们所谋划的加拿大模式协议将导致英国的分裂。还抨击反对党工党，称“欧盟给出什么协议他们都会接受，无论那将对英国有多糟糕。”
