金价再次突破前高 逼近1210一线
国际现货黄金2018年9月21日14点整收盘于1209.0美元/盎司，现货黄金于今日早间8时再次突破前高位置，最高价为1209.9美元/盎司，随后有小幅回落，整体呈现冲高回落走势。
加拿大坚持美国取消汽车关税威胁：9月20日加拿大和美国没有显示出同意重修北美自由贸易协定的迹象。特朗普政府希望，能够在9月底前就北美自由贸易协定文本达成一致意见，但两国之间的主要分歧仍然存在。加拿大官员也明确表示，美国政府需要撤销可能对加拿大汽车征收关税的威胁。
特朗普对俄再次制裁上线：美国总统特朗普周四（9月20日）签署行政令，授权实施《通过制裁应对美国对手法案》(简称CAATSA)中的某些制裁，对俄罗斯进行制裁，这是继今年8月由于“双面间谍中毒”事件对俄实施新一轮制裁之后，特朗普对俄罗斯再一次的强制制裁。
