戴利接任旧金山联储主席 现货黄金低位
现货黄金市场2018年9月17日14点整收盘于1195.8美元/盎司，日内高点1195.9美元/盎司，低点为1192.7美元/盎司附近；现货白银震荡，报14.07美元/盎司。
旧金山联储主席人选尘埃落定：临近中期选举，美联储人事发生了些许变动，劳动经济学家戴利将接替今年7月接掌纽约联储的威廉姆斯留下的空缺职务，就任新一任旧金山联储主席，哥伦比亚大学教授、著名货币经济学家克拉里达担任美联储副主席。由于克拉里达已经上任，所以从9月开始的货币政策他将具有投票权。但是他的任命不太可能影响投票格局，在5月份的确认听证会上，他对货币政策和监管政策的看法与美联储主席鲍威尔非常接近。
贸易谈判重头戏继续上演：本周日本经济振兴大臣茂木敏充和美国贸易代表莱特希泽将展开第二轮日美部长级贸易磋商，而加拿大外交部长弗里兰预计也将在本周再次访问华盛顿，推进NAFTA谈判进程。美国和多国的贸易磋商料在未来持续进行，而这也将成为近期主导市场情绪的主要因素。
