中美贸易紧张局势缓和：9月12日纽市盘中，美国《华尔街日报》援引消息人士说法称，美国财政部长姆努钦已向中方团队发出邀请，希望中方派出部级代表团在美国政府对华加征新一轮关税前与美方进行贸易谈判，消息公布后，美元指数扩大跌幅，跌破95关口；澳元兑美元十分钟拉升近50点，一度刷新日内高点至0.7181，涨近0.87%；离岸人民币兑美元则暴拉逾400点。
