美元受压回落 黄金延续反弹
国际现货黄金截止至2018年8月21日14:00报1195.4美元/盎司，早间金价开盘后有小幅回落，随后延续昨日涨势。现货白银走势方面早间表现未及黄金强劲，报14.8美元/盎司。
土耳其变相加息150基点：土耳其央行日前采取了变相加息的举措，据悉，土耳其央行目前限制7天期资金拆借，导致银行无法以17.75%的七天回购利率来贷款，只得转而通过隔夜拆借利率来融资，目前这一利率为19.25%。这也意味着土耳其央行从某种程度上已经变相加息150基点。
中伊合作料进一步加深：因美国对伊朗的制裁料将减少全球原油供应，日本、韩国、印度和大多数欧洲国家已经削减了对伊业务。而中国在与美国的贸易纠纷中削减了美国原油进口。中国表示反对单边制裁，并为其与伊朗的商业关系辩护。尽管伊朗受到美国制裁，但中国作为伊朗最大的石油客户仍希望继续购买伊朗原油。
