黄金自年内低位反弹 重陷震荡格局
国际现货黄金截止至2018年8月17日14:00报1175.3美元/盎司，最高价为1179.8美元/盎司，最低价为1171.8美元/盎司，金价目前呈现震荡走势。现货白银报14.6美元/盎司，白银暂时波动不大。
特朗普改变对美元看法：美国总统特朗普对美元的看法似乎发生了重大改变。特朗普8月16日在推特上吹嘘投资者正在将资金转向美元。而特朗普首席经济顾问库德洛则表示，美元强势表明市场对美国有信心。ICE美元指数今年迄今为止上涨4.9%，周三（8月15日）触及14个月高位。
土美关系僵局加深：8月16日，美国警告土耳其，除非土耳其交出被拘留的美国牧师布朗森，否则将面临更多的经济制裁。 为了支撑里拉，土耳其央行连续第四天维持17.75%的一周回购利率，不提供融资，迫使银行向19.95%的隔夜利率靠拢，受此影响，里拉与新兴市场货币的汇率连续第三天出现上涨。
