美元再创年内新高 黄金加速赶底
现货黄金市场2018年8月15日14:00点整收于每盎司1187美元，最高点为1194.7美元/盎司，最低点为1186.4美元/盎司，早间呈现逐级下行格局，跌6美元/盎司。
里拉汇率暂时得以喘息：自8月以来，因投资者担心土耳其央行的政策以及土耳其与美国之间的纠纷不断升级，土耳其里拉已贬值28%。今年迄今为止，里拉跌幅超过40%。虽然土耳其央行采取初步应对措施，通过“利率走廊”收紧货币政策，让里拉稍有反弹，只是瑞穗银行指出，土耳其经济仍未走出困境。因此该行目前仍对新兴亚币保持警惕，表示里拉后期仍有下滑可能。
意大利债台高企：意大利是欧盟第三大经济体。目前，该国的联合政府正在制定明年的预算。意大利的财政计划将得到欧洲当局以及市场参与者的密切关注。此前，意大利新政府承诺将增加公共支出。鉴于意大利的公共债务早已高企，投资者对提高意大利退休金和政府补助金也持谨慎态度。意大利目前的政府债务已经达到了2.5万亿欧元，为欧元区第二高，约占国内生产总值的130%。
