金价难以摆脱震荡局面 关注晚间美国经
截止至今日北京时间14:00，国际现货黄金价格为1222.2美元/盎司，金价开盘后依旧延续昨日的震荡走势，午间曾试探前低1218位置但很快收回，最高价为1223.6美元/盎司，最低价为1219.5美元/盎司。现货白银报15.4美元/盎司，白银整体波动不大。
美加不和致加元跳水70余点：7月31日亚盘时段，有消息称由于美国贸易代表莱特希泽对加拿大外交部长弗里兰表示不满，决定拒绝让加拿大参加本周的北美自由贸易协定高级别谈判中，直到加拿大方面做出实质性让步。受此消息，美元兑加元短线拉升逾70点，刷新7月25日以来新高。
日银维稳助威美元兑日元飙升：周二（7月31日）北京时间12:03，日本央行公布利率决议及政策声明，维持短期利率目标为-0.1%不变，与市场普遍预期相符，并将在较长一段时间内保持极低利率水平。同时，维持10年期国债收益率目标在0%附近不变。日银决议公布后，美元兑日元短线飙升。
