油市笼罩空头危机：7月20日亚市早盘，油价小幅走高，随后短线急跌，扭转早间涨势。因美元走强，非美货币、大宗商品再度承压下行。此外，利比亚恢复出口，美国对伊朗原油买家的态度有所软化，降低市场对全球石油供应短缺的预期。
特朗普不满美元走强：美国总统特朗普对美联储发表了尖锐而罕见的批评，表达了对美联储的失望，并称美联储可能会扰乱经济复苏。特朗普称美元走强不利于美国，不满意利率上升。这一言论传来之后，美元指数短线下挫逾50点至94.91，从逾一年高位回落至仅小幅上涨。美元指数现报95.06。
